  • Delivery and Logistics Information: To send the pet's vaccination record (vaccination book) or other supplies, we collect your detailed delivery address.
  • Pet Profile Information: To provide the “Lifetime Care Program,” we collect the pet's date of birth, vaccination records, photos/video materials, and personality notes.
  • Transaction and Protection Information: We record your payment vouchers (such as transfer screenshots). In the event of a health dispute appeal, we must collect the medical diagnostic report issued by a licensed veterinarian that you provide.
  • Communication Records: To improve services and serve as a basis for dispute resolution, we save records of communication between you and platform customer service or sellers.

2. How We Use Information

The information we collect will be used for the following purposes:

  • Facilitating Transactions: Connecting buyers and sellers to complete the pet reservation and delivery process.
  • Lifetime Care Support: Providing precise care advice, feeding guidance, and follow-up reminders through our team of senior experts based on the Pet Profile.
  • Booking Services: Assisting you in booking washing and grooming services at over 50 offline stores in our cooperative network, such as Pet Asia Store.
  • Dispute Resolution: Utilizing communication records and veterinary reports for fair review during the “7-Day Payment Protection” period to determine refund or fund release matters.

3. Sharing and Disclosure of Information

We commit not to sell your personal information to unrelated third parties. However, we will share your information in the following necessary circumstances:

  • Sharing with Sellers/Service Providers: To complete delivery or arrange in-person pet viewings, we will provide your contact information to the relevant sellers.
  • Sharing with Logistics Service Providers: We will provide your address and phone number to third-party logistics (such as Grab or standard express) to send related vouchers or goods.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose relevant information in emergency situations required by laws and regulations or to protect user safety and platform rights.

4. Data Security

  • Encrypted Communication: Your online inquiries (such as through WhatsApp) are protected by its official end-to-end encryption protocols.
  • Platform Management: We have strict internal information access permissions, and only necessary personnel process your orders and appeal information.
  • User Obligations: Please properly keep your payment vouchers and personal contact information safe and avoid disclosing sensitive address information in public comment areas.

5. Your Rights

You may contact us at any time to perform the following operations:

  • Inquire about or correct your personal information or Pet Profile.
  • Request to cancel your account or delete your transaction records (after the minimum retention period required by law).
  • Withdraw authorization for the push of specific care guidance information.

This platform does not directly provide transaction services to minors under the age of 18. If you are a minor, please use this platform under the accompaniment and consent of a guardian.
