When you order our products or pets, you are making an offer to order, which if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. We reserve the right not to accept or process your order without reason.

To place an order with us, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us.

Payment & 7-Day Safety Guarantee

You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing the products will be correct, that the credit or debit card, or account or other payment method which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of the products.

For pet transactions, Yaya Pets operates a 7-Day Safety Payment Guarantee. Payment will be held in a secure account and only released to the seller after the 7-day health verification period has passed without dispute. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your payment details before providing you with the products.

Products Price

The price of the products and pets shall be as stated on the Website at the time of your order. We reserve the right to amend the price of any products at any time without given any reason or prior notice.

Supplemental Gift & Reward

We may, at our sole discretion, include supplemental gifts or digital rewards (such as the RM888 digital angpao/points) with your order. You are obliged to take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety standards and the general appropriateness of the supplemental gift offered to you.

Supplemental gifts and rewards are not exchangeable for cash consideration and can only be used within the Yaya Pets ecosystem. In the event the supplemental gift is unavailable, we reserve the absolute discretion to substitute it with any other product of equivalent value.

We reserve the absolute discretion to amend any terms and conditions contained herein at any time we deem fit and appropriate and all amendments will be published onto the Website. Your continued usage of the Website and placement of order will be deemed to constitute your acceptance of these amendments (if any).
